UWB1301000-RNF Ultra-Wideband - In-Building Antenna
Usage for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) for Public Safety or LTE communication in multiple stories of a building.
- Designed to be installed on hard surfaces such as concrete or metal structures.
- A layer of Kydex 6200 of 0.3’’ thickness is added to meet the recommended fire safety practices of both the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Federal Rail Administration (FRA) for smoke emission and flammability as tested under ASTM E-662 and ASTM E-162
Description
Product available at the iBwave library. Our In-building antennas are designed to provide excellent coverage solutions in order for external Public Safety Radio Frequencies to propagate within buildings, tunnels or public use environments. This antenna is provided with extra protection to meet the recommended fire safety practices of both the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Federal Rail Administration (FRA) for smoke emission and flammability as tested under ASTM E-662 and ASTM E-162. A layer of Kydex 6200 of 0.3’’ thickness is added to meet these criterium. UWB-1301000-RNF model is design to be installed on hard surfaces such as concrete or metal structures. UWB-1301000-R-NFBLKHD model is similar to the UWB-1301000-RNF model except it has a bulkhead connector fixed on the metallic plate support to allow the antenna to be installed on hard surface with clearance such as structural beams.
